CBRE are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Property Management team supporting a key national client portfolio. Our blue-chip client is one of the biggest property owners in the Southern Hemisphere and continues to grow rapidly. The position will be responsible for 6 assets in Western Sydney.

If you are an experienced Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Coordinator, Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge in the Facilities Management space, this role could be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity
  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the portfolio
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders, and client
  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce & present monthly reporting, and financial reporting
  • Manage planned & preventative maintenance programs, coordinate reactive maintenance, and provide technical input and advice to develop asset lifecycle programs and capital works programs
  • Risk management, compliance and sustainability initiatives are a strong focus

Your Background
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management or a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing Capex and operating expenditure budgets
  • Experience in contractor management 
  • Ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
  • Confidence and maturity in communication skills, including excellent written and oral presentation skills
