Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Provide executive and confidential support to the Chief Operating Officer, Pacific Region. 
  • Diary, travel and communication management, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking
  • Create and edit documentation, correspondence, reports, and presentations for the COO
  • Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with Executive Committee and their teams
  • Process expenses, invoices, reporting and ad hoc financial administration
  • Provide assistance to the broader National Operations team; collaborating and liaising with office managers for organisation of events, conferences, and functions, communications, and other ad-hoc projects. 

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting an executive within the corporate sphere
  • Experience managing projects and coordination of multiple activities 
  • Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills, confidentiality, and diplomacy
  • Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a willingness to collaborate and partner with a number of diverse individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, attention to detail and a strong organisational ability.
