Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the Facilities Management team, including the soft & hard services
  • Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients

·       Ensure compliance with CBRE and the client’s policies and procedures

  • Responsible for facilities inspections and reports, such as capital projects, operating budget and variance reports
  • Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
  • Conducts financial/business analysis
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

·       Degree in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline

·       Minimum of 8 years of related experience in Facilities Management. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Facilities Manager

·       Experiences in an MNC, Banking client industry is an advantage         

·       Detailed-minded, and independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

·       Able to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple stakeholders

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

·       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
