We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Content Producer/Videographer to join our Retail Property Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the team member will curate high-level videography and photography content to support campaigns that enhance and leverage our shopping centre digital platforms. 

Working with the world’s largest property management agency across multiple retail shopping centres throughout Australia, your role as Content Producer & Videographer involves creating unique and fun content to support marketing campaigns. Such examples include capturing retail events such as new Shopping centre openings, Christmas/Santa experiences, Easter pop-ups, in addition to community program content and strategic branding initiatives. Think all “fun things at a shopping centre!”  

This position would be perfect for a content creator with existing videography experience to showcase the quality of their work.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Curation of high-level videography content strategies
  • Direct, shoot and edit high performing video content (inc pre & post production)
  • Recording and mixing audio
  • Filming and direction, including storyboarding
  • Liaising with & booking talent (in collaboration with our marketing team)
  • Creative development and script writing to support film content
Ideally the candidate will work closely with our Creative Manager/Graphic Designer as one half of a concise ‘content team’. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised, enthusiastic team player and be able to demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills with the wider marketing team.  

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Equipped with their own hardware equipment – including high quality camera and drone. (software packages can be provided).
  • Tertiary qualified and/or experienced in a content filming role (retail industry an advantage)
  • Willingness to be ‘out & about’ – This role requires you to be engaging onsite with retailers & customers often. 
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships with client groups
  • Excellent creative flair and an eye for detail to think outside the box
  • Highly proficient in Required Software (As examples - Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Audition). 
  • Solid understanding of audio/video production and broadcast specifications with industry experience.
  • Ability to write and develop engaging scripts.
  • Able to handle short deadlines and work autonomously to get the job done right.
  • A portfolio of current work.
