Here's a snapshot of your day:
  • Manage incoming calls and greet all visitors. Issue visitors passes, arrange escorts and validate parking
  • Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms including the equipment and video conferencing as needed
  • Coordinate catering and perform general clerical duties; distribute office faxes and mails. Use tracking systems for courier, freight and mail.
  • Order office supplies and common use items. Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, café and other common areas. Perform periodic inspection on common area equipment
  • Main records and logs of service request and file of services; transportation sources, accommodations and referral contacts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience:
  • Experience in similar or related role
  • Strong customer service skills and have great attention to detail
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and ability to multi-task
  • A self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
