Working in the contracted account's business for PS, support the Commercial Pricing Leader on building commercial pricing models for new sales pursuits and business renewals. Working across Portfolio Services back office teams are, accountable for the resource benchmarks and understanding the back-office cost models and incorporating these into commercial models.

Key Responsibilities

·         Owning and producing resource and cost models under the leadership of the Commercial Lead in line with the appropriate service benchmarks

·         Producing effective resourcing for each contract deal based on client requirements and risk profile

·         Collaborating with PS Back Office operational leads to ensure effective resourcing across commercial pursuits

·         Liaising with regions, operational leads to obtain approved resource levels and cost

·         Working within a matrix organization, building relationships with key stakeholders and enlisting assistance and support from the Lead

·         Applying benchmarking standards and analysis into effective resourcing

·         Driving standardization of approach, modeling tools, and methods

·         Ensuring bid resourcing/costing moves to BAU accurately.

·         Develop and proliferate pricing best practices, tools, templates, reference materials, and database

·         Verify through analysis commercial modeling after accounts are won and stabilized to ensure future modeling is accurate

·         Responsible for working with Finance to produce and review annual budgets and forecasts for existing accounts delivered in Manila

Person Specification/Requirements

·         Experience of working in a complex and fast-moving environment that requires interaction and collaboration with other teams across multiple product/business lines and locations

·         Interest in and ability to analyze data, and present in a meaningful way to internal customers

·         Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet functionality is required. Must be able to manipulate data effectively and present findings to key stakeholders

·         Good written, oral and commercial skills

·         Capable organizer able to meet tight deadlines under pressure

·         Able to look beyond the data so as to summarise and present to different levels of management in a constructive way

·         Able to communicate risks and opportunities

·         Ability to build relationships across the business

·         Will require some flexibility in working hours to support the Global Business

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics (or equivalent degree)/CA/CIMA qualified

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Minimum 0-2 years of related experience.
