Job Summary 

Working under minimal supervision. Plays an active role in the client engagement process by gathering information, designing and conducting analyses and creating materials for use with existing and prospective clients.


Business Development Function:

  1. Will conduct company capability presentations when needed.
  2. Will attend RFP calls and bid meetings.
  3. Will work with operations to create Technical Services costing and CBRE proposals.
  4. Will help build relationships with site leads and customers.
  5. Will facilitate requisitions to vendors.
  6. Will help establish baseline costing for Technical Services.

 Administrative Function:

  1. In-charge of revenue record-keeping and reconciliation with Finance team. Will also provide insights on revenue breakdown and opportunities.
  2. Will provide summary and analytics on proposals submitted.
  3. Will track all activities, reports and COCs. Ensuring all POs are performed, reports are submitted, COCs are signed, projects are billed, and vendors are paid.
  4. Will help in requisitions and in PO creation.
  5. Will submit check, consolidate, and submit technician OT and time records for approval.
  6. Will follow up accounts receivables from our clients.
  7. Will follow up proposal requests from our vendors.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience and/or training. Prior engineering and maintenance, commercial real estate, consulting, research, client development, and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to prepare analytics and reports in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively and efficiently respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial/accounting terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Experience with financial modeling and asset valuations. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents such as complex and lengthy RFP documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience working with large data sets and decipher multiple types of RFP models preferred.
  • Willing to be assigned at M1 Tower Makati and to travel depending on business needs 
  • Amenable to work on any shift depending on business needs
