We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized, and self-motivated Associate – Project Risk Monitoring to become part of our Gurgaon Location, Valuations team here at CBRE.

This role offers to work at our corporate office with travel onsite if needed.

As an Associate – Project Risk Monitoring at CBRE, you’ll have the chance to

·       The candidate will be part of the Core team of Investment Risk Monitoring business in India and will be responsible for looking after operations management, client delivery and business development at South India level

  • 1-4+ years of work experience in the field of real estate/ construction/ monitoring/ asset mgmt./ risk advisory    
  • Education background - bachelor’s in civil engineering / construction management PLUS Post graduation in construction management (preference is from NICMAR or similar colleges) 
  • The candidate needs to be well versed with the following skill sets at an individual level:
  • Sound knowledge on building approval processes, applicable FAR / FSI understanding
  • Knowledge on various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, township projects in 2 or more states at least
  • Ability to review construction drawings Civil, MEP, Finishing
  • To prepare / track Construction schedules on Microsoft Projects / primavera 
  • Knowledge of Construction budgets / Construction contract / bill system/ construction material reconciliation/ Material procurement process.
  • Understanding of detailed rates for construction activities Civil, MEP and finishing 
  • Construction execution knowledge
  • The candidate should have experience of working (directly/ indirectly) with developers and funds
  • Candidate should be able to give direction to a team on construction costs and approval related aspects 
  • Good communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and MS office suite and MS Projects, AutoCAD, etc. will be an advantage.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What to Bring Along

  • 1-4+ of working experience
  • B.Tech (Civil) from recognized university plus Post graduation in construction management (preference is from NICMAR or similar colleges) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in customer and client service
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
