Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the allocated national land portfolio
  • Support the day-to-day management of a nominated portfolio of retail assets including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
  • Directly liaise with owners, occupiers and operational personnel
  • Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives and investment strategies 
  • Coordination of the day-to-day maintenance and services
  • Develop and manage risk and OH&S strategies
  • Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance
  • Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants;
  • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
  • General Property, Office and Administrative duties including processing invoices, along with ad-hoc duties as required.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 
  • Previous experience in a similar role ideal, experience in retail/property management administration advantageous
  • An understanding of commercial leases, licenses and property documentation  
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office particularly Word (mail merges), Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • An open driver’s licence is required for this role
