CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Manager to be based in London. 
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the support of delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope of services to ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery through developing an excellent relationship (partnership) with the internal client and external suppliers and to deputise on behalf of the Senior FM.

Role Summary: 

Acts as a point of contact and develops positive relationships with the client for all facilities management services issues in the UK and Ireland
Responds to problems and concerns; implements policy, rules, and regulations
Proactively checks, monitors and reports, using trending to implement improvements, solutions to the business
Manages some contractual relationships, and works with, the Client’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to Client’s location; reviews and monitors performance in line with agreed KPI or SLA
Works alongside the Senior FM and account management team to monitor and modify the service deliverables in accordance with the change of Client’s business needs
Reviews and establishes procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered
Manages the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies, and procedures to minimise the risk exposure to the Client
Reviews and manages contract documents to ensure consistency and adherence with client master contract and CBRE’s corporate standards (including insurance requirements and price standards)
Ensures all supplier invoicing is on time and accurate
Ensures superior delivery of all contract deliverables, including measurable value-add, innovation, continuous improvement and ‘dark green’ customer satisfaction feedback
Maintains close working relations with the Landlord and Engineering Manager regarding any maintenance issues, ensuring a proactive approach is maintained
Ensures all statutory compliance requirements are met through the use of CBRE’s HSE & Risk systems, Assurance Tracking & Planning and processes and demonstrating an Audit Ready attitude at all times, leading internal audits and preparations
Monthly reviews of the client’s space management system to ensure names to seats is accurate and ready for rent recoveries
Ensure compliance in accordance with CBRE platform and the Client Global Standards

Experience Required: 

2+ years operational experience with emphasis on integrated real estate services 
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent MS Office Suite skills
Demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge and/or experience 
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service 
Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents
Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues. 
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style
Must have entry level qualification or keen interest to develop their skills in health and safety
Open to collaboration with different departments and have and enjoy sharing ideas or taking the lead on small projects
Flexibility to travel as required to support the EMEA Portfolio of offices
Communication and Presentation skills is important to the role
