Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Maintains calendar and contact database, schedules appointments, completes travel or conference arrangements 
  • Perform administrative duties specific to department such as updating databases, processing invoices, work orders and other work assigned
  • Answers phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems 
  • Support the local Facilities Manager when required

Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver;
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration position, preferably within a corporate office environment
  • Intermediate MS office skills and experience with diary management and meeting coordination
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritise and effectively communicate with stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
