Our Property Management Services cover various portfolio across Hong Kong. We are now looking for talents to join our property management department to be responsible for supervise immediate day-to-day operations, maintenance and works of a Grade A office tower in Central.


Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a technical team in Grade A office tower
• General routine repairs, maintenance and project works.
• Ensuring strict compliance of legal regulations and insurance requirements for all repair, maintenance, and capital works.
• Vetting of drawings submitted by tenant.
• Supervise the work team and monitor the contractors to perform all daily job orders in a proper and timely manner.
• Regular reports to manager on the progress status of those complicated/outstanding repairs.
• Assist in preparation of tender document for capital projects.
• Assist on annual technical E&M budget forecast.
• Planning of CAPEX works plan for overall preventive maintenance.
• Monitoring the expiry date of service contracts and certificates/licenses for renewal.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies or other related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferred in property management, or facilities management.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated and mature
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A/B would be advantageous.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.
