The Opportunity | Te āhei:

  • To work towards registration valuing a range of commercial property assets.
  • Hands on training and experience with day-to-day mentoring from a highly successful, experienced team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial trading performance and the relevant cashflow models.
  • Undertake instructions for a range of clients including private and listed property clients.
  • Learn alongside other motivated property people in CBRE’s wider team.
 
About you | Mō koe:

  • NZ property degree (essential), eager to work towards Registration and pursue a career in property valuation.
  • Excellent knowledge of, and appetite for Microsoft Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.  
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive and committed approach, and an ability to work well within a team.
  • A willingness to take ownership and pride in your work.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under sometimes tight deadlines.
