JOB SUMMARY

Sr L&D Quality & Metrics Lead is responsible for ensuring that our learning offerings are effectively assessed and analyzed so that CBRE can measure the impact of our investments in learning. These measurements and assessments will help CBRE advance the skills of our people across the organization at all levels and ensure that CBREU's learning programs are delivering the maximum impact to our people.

This role will partner closely with the L&D Leadership Team and broader L&D team in creating the strategy, scope and specific elements of the enterprise wide CBREU measurement and analysis process and systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Owns and drives the effective and comprehensive measurement and analysis of our learning & development platforms throughout the organization.

Advises on the development of surveys and measurements that assess CBREU's KPIs. Provides insight to L&D team, cross-functional partners, stakeholders and business managers on best practices to optimize learning and learning experience products.

Accountable for working with the Talent Management team in understanding the people strategies and development needs of the organization to help benchmark key data sets around performance improvement, talent attraction and retention, etc.

Identifies the best external resources to develop and deliver the necessary tools and analysis. Develops recommendations on how to best measure the effectiveness of our projects, processes and programs.

Responsible for defining the metrics and ROI that we will measure to ensure we deliver quality results and so that we can establish a continuous improvement methodology leveraging this expertise.

Collaborates with the CBREU operations team and the broader learning team on measuring programs and outcomes.

Proactively partners with the broader L&D team to understand the different business segment performance priorities and helps shape the measurement metrics necessary to properly evaluate the effectiveness and performance of all major learning products used by those businesses.

Plans and executes measurements and surveys throughout the organization.

Coordinates and is accountable for the timely, complete and high-quality analyses of the hard and soft data points extracted from the measurement tool.

Provide regular reporting and accountability on KPI’s and ROI of the QM processes to help drive business decisions and identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Analyze survey results and develop insights and recommendations. Shares findings and collaborates with key stakeholders to address issues.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university or comparable combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of learning & development experience or related experience required.

Statistics or data analytics experience a plus.

 

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.  Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions.  Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Advanced-level knowledge of computer software and hardware, (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products) and MS SharePoint.

Storytelling with data and skill in creating executive-level presentations.

High attention to detail to ensure assessments/survey process administration excellence.

Gathers and uses data to inform decision-making and persuade others. Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches. 

Enthusiastic about the opportunity to build this capability, which requires comfort with toggling between managing basic reporting needs while also building a foundation which allows CBREU to automate and deliver self-service tools and dashboards to allow for more sophisticated analyses.

Must have excellent communication skills, specifically in working with end users to define their reporting & analytics needs.
