ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Legal counseling & Contract Management

- Provide legal counseling and support to China PM onsite business operations

- Onsite contract review;

- General legal counseling (commercial and labor related);

- Preliminary litigation/ dispute support;

- Liaison with external counsel;

- Collaboration with other PM functions and business;


Risk Management 

- Assist PM leadership and other functions in drafting PM specific policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures. Support in interpretation and implementation of all such policies and guidelines;


Others 

- Other works as properly designated by Senior Legal Counsel China and China PM business head.


REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor or master law degree, PRC bar qualification required; 4-6 years PQE;

2. Prior working experience in property &asset management industry preferred;

3. Reasonable commercial acumen and business sense, good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese; capability to develop and maintain a relationship with internal clients. The ability to formulate practical legal solutions and to play positive roles as a good business partner;

4. Ability to act under time pressure and on multiple tasks, cooperative and team oriented working style;

5. Solid integrity and sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, and proactive.

6. Have organizational agility, integrity and the ability to build trust, ability to priorities and multilevel communication.
