Here’s a snapshot of your day:

·       Preparation of submissions, reports and presentations

·       Integral in the sales operations through database management and the ability to drive leads and use a variety of platforms to reach prospective customers

·       Various marketing activities such as copywriting and content creation for pitches, blogs, social posts etc, as well as driving the marketing strategy for digital.

·       Support the sales team by attending pitches and client meetings and providing advice and insight into the commercial office market

·       Client relationship management by attending inspections and influencing the decision-making process

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:

• Tertiary qualification (or close to qualification) in a Property (preferred), Finance, Marketing or Commerce related discipline.
• Full understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
