Role Purpose

This role will work with senior managers and executive sponsors to initiate and lead data management projects and programs supporting strategic business in Global Workplace Solutions (GWS).  This is predominantly mobilizing new client accounts and expansion/transformation of existing accounts by providing complex research, data mining/analysis, reporting and coordination of data.   This individual will collaborate with a cross-functional team of subject matter expert (SMEs) resources charged with establishing operational capability for service delivery teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Responsible for collecting, analyzing, manipulating and reporting on CBRE data

§        Prepare and present results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.

§       Define data requirements and gathers and validates information, using judgment and statistical tests

§       Creates and maintains dashboards, reports and data entry tools including, but not limited using Tableau, MS Excel, SmartSheet and AppSheet

§        Develops applications and interfaces to facilitate the collection, cleansing, and export of data necessary for financial (ERP) and work order (CMMS) system upload

§       Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions

§       Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies

§       Reviews accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management and suppliers

§        Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions

§        Produces ad-hoc reports and data extracts upon request

§        Exhibit analytical rigor, judgment and ability to present a comprehensive ‘data story’ within analytical insights that are actionable to multiple levels of the organization

§        Other duties may be assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and  delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university required. Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Experience working within Commercial Real Estate or Facilities Management is required.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

·         Knowledgeable and experienced in MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate, CDS, Dataverse).

·         Expert in Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc).

·         Proficiency in MS Project / Project Online is preferred

·         Ability to use query and report generation tools

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Self-service/web based application experience desired.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
