We are looking for a Part- Time Facilities Coordinator to join a collaborative and high performing team on a key client account looking after their commercial asset portfolio. You will assist the portfolio  Facilities Manager within the allocated properties to enhance tenant satisfaction and management of preventative maintenance programs, property assets, safety of all services and systems, essential services testing, and risk management

Here's what you'll focus on:

  • Manage building and equipment preventative maintenance schedules 
  • Respond to all tenant maintenance and service requests and urgent reactive works
  • Acting as a point of contact for our valued client 
  • Assist with the management of service contractors
  • Account administration and supporting the Facilities Management Team as well as the client. 

Our ideal person; 

  • To be successful in this position you must have proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus in demonstrating customer service. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner 
  • Call and query handling and call resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in order of priority and action accordingly without delay
  • Strong administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology.
