Debt & Structured Finance team - What we do
The Debt & Structured Finance team supports clients in all debt-related aspects of transactions, combining specialist disciplines to source and structure debt for growth or recapitalisation across all property asset classes and instrument types including single assets and portfolios, stabilised and transitional assets, senior and mezzanine funding.

CBRE provides hard-working, talented graduates with the opportunity to develop exceptional careers within the Real Estate industry. The Off-cycle Analyst Programme provides exposure to a wide range of lenders, borrowers and different leverage options made available to our clients.
  • Candidate responsibilities:
    1. Analyse, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and other due diligence material
    2. Managing and delivering presentations, developing client solutions and recommendations
    3. Learning and making and impact on the financial aspects of the deal involving all phases of the financing process
    4. Identify critical property-level financial issues and make recommendations

  • Key skills and eligibility criteria:
    1. Degree in Business or similar field from a top-tier university
    2. Proficiency in English is essential and will be put to test regularly
    3. Prior experience in Finance and/or Real Estate is required
    4. Attention to detail in all tasks
    5. Solid interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
    6. Flexibility, drive, and genuine interest in the real estate market
    7. Ability to work effectively in both a team and independently
    8. Full-time availability is required. Part-time candidates will not be considered
