3 months fixed term role
Provide high level customer service and mailroom support
Based in Perth


An exciting opportunity to work on a large technology client account. This account is highly valued with great client/CBRE integration and synergy. This account is a global account and offers the opportunity to be apart of and work with teams all over the world. 

Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • The Mailroom Coordinator will handle receiving, delivering, and processing shipments.
  • Receive and distribute freight packages from carriers such as DHL, FedEx and other courier partners.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Answer requests for pickup of interoffice mail and deliver accordingly.
  • Maintain logs and paperwork for follow up and tracking purposes.
  • To support the operation of the mailroom.
  • To work as part of a team to deliver the mail and goods in/out services.
  • Assist in achieving compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide storeroom management support where required.
  • Aid at Reception when needed.
  • Accurate recordkeeping of all incoming and outgoing mails from client’s site.
  • Manual Handling of shipment when required.

Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
  • Prior mail room experience and customer service experience
  • A collaborative and team focused attitude
  • Good verbal communication skills. 
  • Record Keeping and Customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.
