Here's what you’ll achieve;

As the Facilities Technician you will join an established team, perform complex preventative maintenance and corrective repair of facilities such as VFD (variables frequency drives), Emergency Light Testing. The role will involve switching, isolation/deisolation of equipment’s, BMS related operations where required. You will be expected to be available on call for certain days of the week enabling 24/7 coverage.  

With qualifications including an electrical license and preferably a White Card, you will assist, oversee and inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Complying with applicable codes, you will inspect and perform assigned repairs, preventative maintenance. You will liaise with the client on all engineering related matters. 

Leveraging your knowledge and experience with critical systems, as the Facilities Technician you will ensure things run smoothly for the client. You will also be responsible for some administrative work such as scheduling contractor services, client coordination.
