Role Purpose

CBRE is seeking a London based Audit and Disbursements Administrator to support the regional leads for Building Consultancy and the newly developed finance team; whose primary responsibility will be to improve the activities required in the recovery of costs and collection of debts from clients.

The role will involve supporting on disbursement tracking (cost recovery from clients), query resolution on the various costs incurred by CBRE, billing to the client, assisting in collection of those debts and being the interface with fee earners and the UK finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Disbursement/third-party recovery, working closely with fee earners
  • Provide regular updates with wider team
  • Weekly management of debt recovery
  • Monitor incoming transactions
  • Attend weekly meetings with the wider UK Finance Team

Person Specification/Requirements

  • Previous experience within a finance role
  • Debt due diligence and invoice management expertise;
  • Previous experience using PeopleSoft will be an advantage;
  • Strong excel skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Desired Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong client facing and communication skills (interacting with both investors and borrowers);
  • Proactive nature to get ahead on tasks rather than waiting for fee earners to send over instruction;
  • Team mentality.
