We currently have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Facilities Assistant to join our highly successful Global Workplace Solutions team supporting an exciting new client account based in Perth CBD. Working alongside a regional account leadership team you will have responsibility for planning and execution of a range of facilities and administrative services to our clients office.  


Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Responsible for the raising of Purchase Orders and receiving of invoices and screening and onboarding of new contractors
  • Perform general clerical duties including distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required, ensuring kitchen and meeting rooms are always neat and tidy
  • Monitoring/ordering of office supplies and other common use items
  • Conduct monthly inspections of tenancy and reporting all issues to the Facilities Manager
  • Assist Facilities Manager with the roll out of regional initiatives for workplace experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in using financial tools and familiar with invoicing processes and purchase order
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
