Fast Paced Facilities Management Team within Corporate Environment
Based in Melbourne CBD

As this position will be the primary face of the workplace environment, there is a mandatory
requirement for the successful applicant to be able to perform work tasks at a high level of standard, whether this is in relation to customer service, communications and personal presentation. We are looking for an individual who represents the CBRE Star Values, takes pride in their day-to-day tasks and is looking for an introduction into the facilities management sector.

Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner, ensuring that relevant safety and security procedures are always followed (visitors and reception call amounts are limited) whilst ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms. Arranges for and reserves projectors and other meeting equipment, ensuring equipment is in good operating condition
  • Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office communications, packages and mail as required
  • Coordinates catering for meeting and events on behalf of client representatives. 
  • Support the maintenance process using CBRE Systems, processing of invoices and prepare compliance reports.

Skills and experience you'll need to perform in this role
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Prior front desk, concierge, facilities or other hospitality experience is preferred. 
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook
