Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Reception duties; meeting and greeting of clients and visitors and answering incoming requests via phone, email and communication tools.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day reception function including managing meeting rooms.
  • Coordinating any room bookings, catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by the client; including event coordination and room setup.
  • Manage a range of administrative tasks including mail & couriers, security passes, assist contractors upon arrival
  • Log and track all maintenance requests, PPM and expenditure using appropriate maintenance software.
  • Managing CBRE and client contractors.
  • Ensuring WHSE policies, procedures and requirements are met and maintained.  
  • Ensuring all position KPI's are achieved.
  • Assisting in various Facilities project works. 

Skills and Experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
  • You must have a proven track record in a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complaints and issues as they arise
  • You will also have professional communication and interpersonal skills and consistently work towards enhancing the reputation of the company by providing a premium service to clients, visitors, and employees
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Logical and analytical thought processes and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of workplace Health & Safety requirements applicable to this role
