Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • Be the face of the company, you are the ambassador of our company's hospitality and professionalism. 
  • Multitasking administrative tasks, visitor request, answering phones and managing meeting rooms booking. 
  • Being the heart and soul of the office by creating a vibrant, supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Champion positivity, inspire collaboration among your colleagues while shaping the office atmosphere into a dynamic space. Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
  • Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.
  • Attend to visitors with finesse, ensuring they leave with positive impression. 
  • Coordinates catering for meeting and events. Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
  • Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
  • Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase request generations & invoice receipting.
