Here's a snapshot of your day;
- Be the face of the company, you are the ambassador of our company's hospitality and professionalism.
- Multitasking administrative tasks, visitor request, answering phones and managing meeting rooms booking.
- Being the heart and soul of the office by creating a vibrant, supportive and engaging work environment.
- Champion positivity, inspire collaboration among your colleagues while shaping the office atmosphere into a dynamic space. Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
- Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.
- Attend to visitors with finesse, ensuring they leave with positive impression.
- Coordinates catering for meeting and events. Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
- Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
- Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase request generations & invoice receipting.
