An opportunity to join CBRE’s Office Leasing team and work with top-tier clients from various industries. Our team advises and assists corporations implement their commercial real estate strategies throughout the business cycle.  

This role is a combination of internal and external client-facing and it requires an individual who is: an effective communicator, organized and task-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

· Client Interactions

o Conduct property tours, schedule and coordinate client tours

o Assist with client pitch strategies and presentation/content creation

o Weekly/Bi-Weekly client calls/meetings

· Transaction Management

o Assist with lease transaction(s)

o Transaction financial analysis/interpretations

· Client Reporting

o VTS site management

o Database management/oversight

· Documentation

o Draft and modify real estate documents

o Documentation Process management


Knowledge and Experience

3-10 years’ experience working in a corporate services, legal, construction management and or real estate role balancing the requirements and needs of either internal or external clients;

Experience, knowledge and interest in the fundamentals of real estate is considered a definite asset;

A basic understanding of leases and lease terms is beneficial;

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cohesive team environment;

Well-developed organizational skills allowing the ideal candidate to balance multiple responsibilities and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction;

Effective communicator, organized, diligent;

Advanced Office 365 including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required;

Proven ability to learn and effectively master new software applications.
