As a Technical Specialist, your role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of repair and maintenance related to heating, cooling, and pressure flow are met. 

Your key tasks will include:
  • delivering planned maintenance
  • providing technical support 
  • adhering to safety requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to be 
  • have a mechanical or electrical background (Technical qualification/accreditation in accordance with role needs). 
  • previous experience working with a maintenance team and working at a commercial/office-based site, property management
  • collaborative 
  • possess good communication skills in both English and the local language 
  • an ability to listen attentively and empathize with your team members 
  • capacity to take initiative, think creatively, and be resourceful 
  • good organizational and IT skills 
  • knowledge of health and safety legislation

Ως Τεχνικός , ο ρόλος σας θα είναι κρίσιμος για τη τήρησης προδιαγραφών επισκευής και συντήρησης που σχετίζονται με τη θέρμανση, την ψύξη και τη ροή πίεσης.
Οι βασικές σας εργασίες περιλαμβάνουν:
• παροχή προγραμματισμένης συντήρησης
• παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης
• τήρηση των προτύπων ασφαλείας
Απαιτούμενες Ικανόνητες 
• Μηχανολογικό ή ηλεκτρολογικό υπόβαθρο (Τεχνικά προσόντα/διαπίστευση σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του ρόλου).
• προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε συνεργασία σε ανάλογο ρόλο ιδανικά σε  εμπορικό/γραφείο ή εταιρία διαχείριση ακινήτων
• Ικανότητες συνεργασίας με προμηθευτές και πελάτες. 
• Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες τόσο στα αγγλικά όσο και στα ελληνικά. 
• ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών, δημιουργικής σκέψης και ευρηματικότητας
• καλές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και γνώσης υπολογηστών/πληροφορικής
• γνώση της νομοθεσίας για την υγεία και την ασφάλεια
