SUMMARY OF ROLE 

Managing the global Supply Chain marketing and communications requirements for CBRE. Engages and creates global marketing and communications strategies and execution through online activities and managing through others. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A member of the Supply Chain Technology and Operations global leadership team to provide strategic communications and change aligned with supply chain and business requirements.
  • Promote the value of CBRE Global Supply Chain through digital channels and platforms, events, press and marketing. 
  • Manage internal websites, newsletters and other online communications.
  • Coordinate submissions to Procurement organisations on our best practices.
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing and communications teams and develop support tools and new programs in a timely and high quality manner.
  • Adapt current initiatives to take advantage of market data and competitive intelligence. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports that will be used for marketing and communications review.
  • Create process improvement initiatives/projects.
  • Drive the development and delivery of an effective communications plans to increase awareness, adoption, and usage of the supply chain platform among diverse communities, within and outside of CBRE.
  • Act as the global point of contact for the Supply Chain Marketing and Communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred, or equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
  • Progressive experience in corporate marketing, creative and web development and leadership roles.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses significant experience in marketing and communications for large corporates.
  • Proficiency in using standard software applications. Skilled in the use of the expediting module, and knowledge of other procurement modules.
  • Knowledge of Procurement, local and/or international.
  • Led well-recognized successful marketing and communications projects.
  • Has knowledge and/or experience on change management.
  • Has conducted/led/initiated a successful process improvement project on their field.
