PeopleSoft 9.2 Technical Developer with experience in FSCM (Financials, Supply Chain Management).

Individual is responsible to monitor incidents in the production instance and address them by analyzing the issue and providing solutions quickly. Small and medium effort enhancements will need to be designed and developed as requested by the functional team. These maybe changes to page, report, process or functionality or integration to external systems. Process or page performances will need to be addressed working with admin or the DBA team members. Should work with Oracle Support to identify available patches to delivered functionality and apply them when required.

Develops, maintains, enhances, and tests client systems of moderate to high complexity.

Serves as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements of moderate to high complexity and of high value to the organization.

Involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.

Under broad direction, designs and implements strategic partner integrations.

Participates in the specification and design of new features at client or business request.

Participates in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.

Develops and maintains internal tools.

Performs other duties as assigned.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, code review, and/or training to coworkers. May supervise assignments of lower-level employees.


Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with experience in Peoplesoft Finance application development and ability to work closely with the functional team. Should be able to understand the business requirements and prepare the Technical design documentation, develop the code and unit test, and migrate the code to production. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.


            5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Technical development experience.

            Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 application.

            Experience in People Tools version 8.50 or higher

            Strong expertise in People Code with Application Package experience.

            Develop Application Engine / SQR and troubleshoot process failures

            Experience in troubleshooting process and online performance issues

            Develop and maintain Integration Broker services.

            Ability to create or modify BI publisher reports

            Experience with Approval workflow setup and troubleshoot preferred.

            Good Functional experience in one of the Finance modules 

             GL/AM/AP/EX/AR/BI, P2P modules preferred

            Ability to work in a team environment- technical and non-technical members.

            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

            Create and maintain documentation and standards.

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.


Database-backed Java web development experience is required; strong preference for substantial jQuery experience.

Experience with web mapping tools and spatial databases is a big plus.


Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause moderate impact to department or damage to a client engagement.
