JOB SUMMARY  

We are looking for a marketing specialist with Consulting or Workplace acumen to join our Americas Product Marketing team. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will work alongside other marketing team members and the Americas Consulting Director to support collateral creation, client presentations, thought leadership, proposal content, social media and events. The Sr. Marketing Specialist interfaces directly with leaders to gain insight and knowledge about the client and uses that knowledge to assist in crafting a services and stories aligned to Consulting Services that differentiates CBRE.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

·         Prepares presentations and proposals for sales use - ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.

·         Manages creation of new collateral including case studies, presentations, brochures and other.

·         Development and curation of common pursuit content, as part of sales process. In collaboration with Sales, and marketing pursuit team – partner to help create winning proposals.

·         Coordinates social media plan.

·         Owns updates to web, social media channels and content library.

·         Support teams with copywriting and content creation explaining our services and solutions.

·         Actively works on improving information sharing, training, and meeting key marketing KPIs.

·         Attends all team calls and strategy sessions for new products and services

·         Helps build awareness and drives adoption for new products and services

·         Manages KPIs including sales success, traffic growth, search results, brand engagement, and content production.

·         Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.


·         On occasion manages entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion.

·         Other duties may be assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES  

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.


CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES  

None.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE  

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.


REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES  

Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY  

Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.
