About the Role:
This role will be part of the Global Finance Transition team and will assist with a variety of accounting and finance functions required to successfully onboard new GWS clients or complete an existing account expansion.
What You’ll Do:- Assist the Finance Transition Director and Finance Transition Leaders as needed with various tasks throughout the client transition
- Spearhead client ERP setup process, including creation of portfolio site records, chart of accounts build-out and mapping, and client billing procedures.
- Attend weekly transition calls; assist with project plan updates and client communications
- Once onboarded, provide oversight and support to dedicated Finance and Operations teams regarding the Purchase Order/P2P process
- Support implementation, testing, and training of new Finance and Accounting technology, including PeopleSoft, Coupa, and Adaptive Planning
- Assist team with development of Finance playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Assist with establishment of Corporate/P-card program and expense report training for new hires
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by Global Finance Transition Director
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Financial Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
