Responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of client account operations including implementation of strategic priorities for operations and may include leadership of technology, business processes or other service lines. Partners closely with the client, CBRE platform team and CBRE account leadership to ensure programs are established and acts as the conduit between GWS leadership, account leadership and the client.


Drives operational strategy, ensuring efficient and effective operations for the client account team. Acts as key business partner to implement initiatives and initiate process improvements.

Direct the implementation and operations of technology or other service line related programs working with the client and requisite CBRE team members including the account, transition, and platform teams.

Directs the operational reporting of KPIs and other established metrics including all aspects of reporting for the client and for GWS leadership.

Directs the playbook and account documentation process on behalf of the client. Supports initiatives to increase collaboration and communication amongst the service lines.

Responsible for account communications and event calendar. Facilitates requisite meetings with the client regarding strategy, KPIs and progress toward goals. Facilitates communication and partnership between the client and account teams across all service lines.

Partners with account leadership to ensure achievement of financial goals through forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, reporting and monitoring performance.

Partners with senior management to develop and implement initiatives that optimize operational performance and support to the business. Drives consistency and effectiveness of process and procedure, initiating improvements where needed. 2012

Manages the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area or department. May be responsible for a mix of direct reports. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends the same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Monitors appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

BA/BS from a four-year college or university; five or more years related experience and/or training including at least three years of management experience; personnel and department management experience, including business planning and budgeting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing business operations in a customer-focused service firm with multi-location structure. Experience in Information Technology,  Finance, HR, staff management and facilities management required.




Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.


Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.


High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of technology platforms and information management systems.


Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.

Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Director] position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
