·   Serve as one primary interface and point of contact with client team for all space related inquires.

·   Track, monitor, oversee, coordinate, and support all related occupancy planning and moves, adds or changes, inventory of furniture and workstations.

·   Maintain knowledge of current and future space needs, understand business direction and changing workplace needs. Provide metrics, collect, organize and analyze data related to client's physical space needs. Answers client's questions/concerns and provides data to back up recommendations.

·   Attend meetings with client representatives the discussion of space requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs). Anticipates space solutions to support the client.

·   May prepare program reports to the clients, communicate recommendations in written reports and graphic presentations.

·   Review and update CAD drawings, related database.

·   Maintain CBRE’s on site relationship and quality assurance with the client, understand commercial relationship between CBRE and clients, maximize performance and apply contract terms, in respect of company values.

·   Effectively present complex ideas in simple manners, distils complex data and provides essential information for client decision-making.

·   Promotes, advocates, supports client internal space policies and relevant applications
