The opportunity:

We're seeking a talented writer and skilled communicator who can play a key role in developing deliverables including blog posts, web copy, social media posts, digital magazine articles, video content and infographics.

Responsibilities include:

Creating an editorial calendar and developing content for use on various channels, including the CBRE blog, social media accounts and digital magazine. 
Crafting and implementing content marketing strategies, performing research and analysis to support those strategies.
Production of internal communications materials, researching background material for use in executive memos and company updates.
Understanding key performance indicators in order to track content performance and provide regular reporting on the success of editorial outings.
Having a keen eye for detail and proficiency as a copy editor. 
What we require:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or English, and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and/or training. Real estate experience or exposure would be preferred. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.

Some technical capabilities, including familiarity with search engine optimization, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing and content management software, would be desirable.
