To facilitate business growth, we currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Broker, Senior Manager in the International Property Marketing team in our Hong Kong office. We are looking for a high-caliber candidate with strong sales and business development skills.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Achieving personal professional revenue target via residential marketing consulting, residential sales transactions, retainer fees and referrals
- Building relationships with other professional service groups in the real estate industry
- Establishing a media profile for yourself and the Division as the leading international project marketing team/expert in Hong Kong
- Developing and maintaining a network and database of high-net worth property purchasers and investors
- Assisting with business development, residential project marketing events, and residential project marketing sales operations.
- Understanding of the Australian and UK off plan residential property market

To be considered for this position you must have:
-  Combination of fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferable
-  A strong and proven track record of professional success
-  More than 5 years of residential sales and marketing experience gained with a real estate agency or developer
-  Highly motivated and self-driven individual
-  Team player
-  Good understanding and use of latest digital business network platforms
