We are looking for a highly motivated Facility Manager
Based in Lysaker (Oslo) - Norway

Exciting opportunity to join an established CBRE client account in the Information Technology Sector.

As our Nordics Regional Facility Manager based out of Lysaker (Oslo), you will be responsible for world-class FM delivery at all of this client locations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland.

Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, you will lead a small team of direct employees plus a broader vendor partner team. This is a very hands-on role with involvement in all aspects such as, but not limited to;

  • Managing the day-to-day performance of CBRE and 3rd party vendor service delivery to the client
  • Team management incl personnel responsibility, recruitment, performance management, etc.
  • Budgeting and Financial control
  • Client relationship management
  • Small project delivery & contractual delivery
  • QHSE management
  • Any other duties as assigned

The account has an experienced EMEA functional specialist team that will provide support, training, and guidance. The work culture is characterized by a dynamic, varied, and busy everyday life where collaboration, communication, and high service levels are crucial to succeed and deliver quality.

The ideal candidate has;

  • A strong administrative profile and are able to work independently
  • Take all the responsibilities as required
  • Have relevant FM experience across multiple countries (ideally Nordics)
  • Is highly motivated and a proven self-starter
  • Able to operate to deadlines
  • An eye for details
