ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and publish data tracking reports on a routine basis for each transition in order to successfully inform new clients and all stakeholders of the project status.

Review real estate-specific data received from clients for completeness.  Report deficiencies to Transition Leader and to internal and external clients directly in order to ensure any/all corrective actions are taken and data accuracy persists.

Prepare data templates for upload into various CBRE software tools.  Review data loaded for accuracy and completeness.

Assist accounting transition leader with accounting software setup tasks.

Complete all accounting transition project plan tasks assigned by the transition leader timely and accurately in order to ensure desired service levels are met for new clients/accounts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION COMPLETED
Bachelor's Degree (Required)  in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 -3 years of experience.
Experience with real estate accounting software is preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
None.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications.
