About the Role:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support internal stakeholders by developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies that align with business goals. This is a remote role, as stakeholders are geographically distributed.

This position is part of the Procurement function, which is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

·       Provide guidance and support to account teams in the areas of contract negotiations, vendor relationships, invoice disputes, escalations, and other procurement-related matters.

·       Develop and execute sourcing strategies for outsourced services, ensuring alignment with client or departmental objectives.

·       Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.

·       Manage the supplier and contractor certification process and conduct periodic reviews of vendor performance.

·       Lead contract lifecycle activities including terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals, ensuring compliance with company standards.

·       Analyze spend, supplier performance, and service scopes to identify opportunities for value creation and cost optimization.

·       Provide guidance on contemporary outsourcing practices and their strategic value.

·       Offer strategic input and support for RFP development and solution selection when needed.

·       Navigate complex and ambiguous situations with sound judgment and adaptability.

·       Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost savings achieved, supplier performance ratings, and stakeholder satisfaction.


What You’ll Need:

·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

·       C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to convey expectations and resolve challenges effectively.

·       Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and relationship-building are essential for successful engagement with stakeholders and suppliers.

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in data center services procurement is a plus.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

·       Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to perform complex calculations.

·       Comfort working in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
