People Users Support Administrator

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service for People community in EMEA region in the area of using different support systems. This includes day-to-day queries resolution and end-user support, issues escalation when deep, specific or other capabilities are required, participation in enhancement testing. Other tasks include People staff training and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Delivering HR service support to the People community according to agreed Service Level Agreements

·       Processing HR requests, communicating with requestors and completing HR SN tickets

·       If unable to resolve issue assign to respective escalation request owners

·       Follow up on all open and/or overdue tickets assuring a resolution in a timely manner

·       Acting as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for CBRE People support systems    

·       Preparing SOP, QRG and FAQ documents for People support systems processes and/or issues i.e commonly reported problems, questions, and known resolutions and troubleshooting steps

·       Providing input for ideas and suggestions to improve processes

·       Performing training for EMEA People community

·       Testing enhancement for existing feature and new requirements

Experience:

·       1 year of experience in an HR administrative or systems support role in a medium to large size organization preferred (preferably in a Shared Service Centre)

·       Previous experience in working with PeopleSoft system

·       Prior experience in a support role for ticketing tool system will be an asset

·       Proficient in writing routine reports and business communications

Skills:

·       PeopleSoft or other similar HR system is a must

·       ServiceNow or other ticketing system is beneficial

·       Tech literacy (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio) is nice to have

·       Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

·       Ability to provide clear instructions when communicating with peers, clients and stakeholders

·       Proactive way of working with can-do attitude

·       High attention to details

·       Excellent time management skills as you will be working under various deadlines

·       Ability to work in cross-functional teams
