ABOUT THE ROLE


The Host team is seeking an experienced, Partnerships, Content & Operations Lead to assist the line of business Leads (I&O, Sales/G2M and Product), and Global Lead in driving the adoption, usage and retention of Host’s Digital and Experience Services product(s) in ways that meaningfully improve the level of service we provide to end users, our ‘Hosts’, tenant companies and our clients. They will play a critical role in ensuring client retention and growth and the relevance of our Product and G2M strategy.


We are looking for someone well versed in B2B2C partnership management, commercialization of partner products/services, property technology and data driven decision making who is passionate about experimentation, content marketing, data, quality, procedures and engagement. This individual will have proven experience in content marketing, content production, procedures optimization and data analytics, and a solid understanding of the commercial real estate and online marketing landscape.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Define/optimize procedures for the optimal deployment and operations of Host and guarantee the highest standards of service.


Establish, manage and monitor strategic partner relationships and related SLAs to drive client retention, growth, satisfaction and engagement.


Establish an environment for rapid hypotheses testing of partner content/campaigns and its performance, specifically relating to, but not limited to: end user adoption (registration), network effects, active usage, profiling, satisfaction and engagement.


Design/Develop/Manage and Implement survey/polling capabilities to inform content development, performance and dissemination. 


Work collaboratively with the Digital team to leverage the CMS, in-app push notifications, pop-up communications, content display algorithms, gamification and other tools/techniques to enhance end user experience.


Leverage partner Content - both in-App and onsite, incl.: RSS feeds, APIs, syndication and pop-up events/activations, as well as exploring the commercialization potential of partner products/services in collaboration with the retail casual mall leasing team.


Provide guidance, tools, training and templates to onsite Hosts for:

    Service delivery and problem solving

    The provision of content

    The engagement with local partners


Work collaboratively with peers to ensure global alignment for the successful execution of the Host strategy.


Gather feedback from data, clients, end users, tenants, PM teams and across the org to further establish the needs and focus of the Content and Partnership strategy and its role in creating Place.



Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or Industrial Engineering

    4-8 Years experience in process definition and optimization, partnership development, data driven content creation.


 

Skills and Abilities: 

    Strategic thinker, influencer and senior level sales experience in pipeline development and successful conversion of high value partnerships.

    Proved experience in procedures definition focused on highest client satisfaction & scalability

    Solutions development - ability to understand the needs of prospective partners and apply insights to developing strongly aligned procedures, content and solutions, to ensure high value for Host.

    Negotiation and presentation - a confident communicator to clearly articulate partnership value propositions, deliver compelling presentations and prepare strongly aligned proposals. 

    Ambitious and entrepreneurial thinking with a can-do mentality.

    Team Player - Demonstrated collaborative approach to work within a small and ambitious team.

    Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results

    Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment

    Demonstrated skills in developing, maintaining and growing partnerships and sponsorships

    Fluency in English and Spanish.
