Responsibilities:
  • Collect information about property - retail shops, department store, community mall, super store and arrange for photographs to be taken
  • Visit and talk to the sellers about their property and its special features
  • Estimate the value of the property
  • Market and promote properties for sale
  • Represent the sellers in negotiating with prospective buyers
  • Advise clients and help buyers to decide on what they want to buy
  • Ensure that a price is agreed which is acceptable to both buyer and seller

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in commercial real estate sales
  • Proficiency in writing, reading and speaking in English and Thai
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and hard-working
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills
