We currently have a fantastic opening available for a strong salesperson to join the CBRE team.  This is an ideal opportunity for a promising Sales or Real Estate professional looking to progress their career. Forming a key part of the Victorian Industrial & Logistics team the position has a strong focus on selling and leasing sub 5000sqm office/warehouses.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including; property landlords/owners, developers, tenants & purchasers
  • Generating new business in leasing and selling Industrial & Logistics properties on behalf of owners
  • Recognising client needs and expectations and use this to create selling/leasing opportunities
  • Conducting site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing & selling
  • Continuously sourcing business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals
  • Build a solid track record and achieve revenue targets

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Demonstrated experience and success in sales/business development or property/development industry experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, drive, interpersonal skills, well organised, and team-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport and win trust quickly 
  • Effective negotiation skills, ability to win business and deliver results
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients.
