As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and operational support across our Northern Colorado portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning, safety, and compliance of our healthcare facilities. You will primarily support a large medical campus in Fort Morgan CO, while also providing critical maintenance services to satellite primary care clinics in Brighton, Brush and Berthod, CO.
This role is crucial for maintaining mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our clients and their patients. The Mobile Engineer will manage both proactive preventive maintenance and responsive repairs, requiring regular travel within a defined territory using a company provided vehicle.
What You’ll Do:- Drive essential maintenance across Northern Colorado facilities, with a primary focus on a large healthcare campus in Fort Morgan and regular, critical support to satellite clinics in Brighton, Brush, and Berthoud, CO.
- Actively participate in monthly team meetings at our Westminster, CO location, ensuring strong alignment and collaborative success.
- Oversee and execute the meticulous maintenance and repair of intricate mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems across your assigned facilities, rigorously upholding applicable industry standards.
- Efficiently review and complete assigned work orders, including precise estimation of time and material needs, and strategic management of supply and tool inventory.
- Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs designed to maximize the lifespan and reliability of critical building machinery and systems, alongside coordinating timely emergency repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all building and industrial systems, including fire alarms, advanced HVAC, and plumbing, guaranteeing optimal operation within design capabilities and achieving the precise environmental conditions required by our clients.
- Ensure complete adherence to all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and rigorous company directives pertaining to building operations and workplace safety.
- Confidently operate company-issued vehicles for all daily work responsibilities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Meticulously document all maintenance activities, ensuring full code compliance and maintaining precise records for audit and operational efficiency.
- Perform a wide array of general maintenance tasks, encompassing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Implement routine preventive maintenance (PM) on building systems and equipment, proactively ensuring reliability and significantly extending asset life.
- Conduct detailed and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, ensuring unwavering compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and internal standards.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
