The successful candidate will collaborate with the management and Talent Acquisition teams and be tasked with creating marketing that will attract candidates to job opportunities through social media, online employment forums, databases, and other avenues. 

Essential Duties:

  • Updating existing job posting makings them current, attractive, and customized to location.
  • Meet with managers to discuss tailored staffing needs.
  • Writing and designing marketing material as it relates to roles at CBRE
  • Building networks and creating marketing plans through social media, educational institutions, and associations.
  • Assist with creating or updating existing LinkedIn profiles for the Operations Managers.
  • Other duties assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on marketing.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in addition to strong organizational and analytical skills.   
  • Strong service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Team environment and within a corporate office structure.
