Marketing Operations Coordinator Role

The Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) Marketing Operations Coordinator directly supports the global and Asia Pacific VAS operations team in the delivery of marketing communication and wider business initiatives, with a specific focus on the delivery of improved internal and external resources that drive enhanced engagement from our people and clients.  This includes coordination and improvement of the global employee intranet site and delivering high-quality ‘on brand’ marketing communication resources for both internal and external audiences.  Reporting to the Director, Brand and Engagement, this role requires a good knowledge of marketing communications., as well as ability to coordinate multiple projects and adjust to the requirements of the business as priorities change.   A positive attitude and ability to take ownership of deliverables are key attributes for this role.

Job Responsibilities

-                Delivery of high quality ‘on brand’ marketing communication materials that support the wider business strategy.

-                Maintain and continuously improve the VAS global internal intranet and resource hub SharePoint sites, as a key internal communication device within the business. 

-                Partner with key business leaders and local marketing communications teams to improve social media engagement, through increased quality and frequency of VAS related posts.

-                Create and deliver internal communications, that support business initiatives, including newsletters and memos, on a regular basis.

-                In collaboration with Director, Brand and Engagement, APAC research and communications/content leads, identify and deliver thought leadership content across APAC that promotes VAS capability and gains media coverage.

-                Support coordination of cross-border new business pitches, including content collection, document formatting and presentation creation.

-                Track marketing communication activity results and prepare Business Review reports, including coordination with local marcom country teams to capture and showcase local initiatives for VAS.  Support Global Head of Operations with the preparation of the complete deck including managing content from key stakeholders.

-                Assist with other operation administration responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

-  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills

- Prior experience in a communication and/or marketing role, with demonstrated experience in creating material

- Prior experience with SharePoint software, building and maintaining intranet properties.  Experience with video editing and other marketing platforms advantageous

- Exceptional relationship skills.  Able to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and deliver on projects within a set timeframe

-  Attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously and think independently to get a task complete

- Desire to learn new things, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a complex and rapidly changing business environment.

Role Location & reporting

This role is based in Manilla and reports into the Director, Brand and Engagement who is based in Australia.  The successful applicant will work from the CBRE Manilla office and will have the option to discuss flexible working at the time of appointment.  This is an independent role so will suit an individual who is comfortable working autonomously, as their direct manager will not be located in the same office.
