We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team and be the Manager of a busy business centre on behalf of one of CBRE’s major institutional clients.  You will be the first point of engagement with internal and external clients, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances their experience. 

The Opportunity

  • Greet and assist visitors and guests, acting as the interface between our customers, their guests and internal management  team
  • Own the space with full responsibility for scheduling and preparing meeting rooms, including booking all future and same day reservations, cancellations and/or amendments to bookings as per the clients’ requests 
  • Ensuring the smooth coordination of catering orders, delivery and set up. Setting up rooms and equipment including furniture, AV, water, coffee & tea facilities.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with customers, facilities and building management teams, the client, client sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.
  • An extension of the building management team by responding to service Requests, requesting building and housekeeping services as needed and periodically inspects common areas and amenities to ensure the venue and service provided is of the highest standard
  • Accurately preparing and submitting monthly reporting (including financial performance, occupancy levels trends and forecasts as well as any other highlights

About you

  • You will ideally have tertiary Qualifications in property or marketing/hospitality related discipline.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies and applications.
  • Experience in commercial property management, marketing, hospitality or event management, ideally having prior staff management experience
  • Logical and analytical thought process with excellent time management and organisational skills to manage workflow and priorities
  • Demonstrable confidence in communication having the ability to build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders 
  • Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels
