Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Commercial Leasing functions of commercial buildings
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties.
  • Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing’s policies and procedures.
  • Manage good Landlord-Tenant relationships and handle any complaints/grievances.
  • Monitor all terms of current leases including meeting and evaluating suitable prospects/concepts for vacant/potentially vacant unit(s)
  • Office Leasing:
  • Attend to all leasing enquiries, secure appointments and assist viewings with prospective tenants and agents.
  • Handle and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals.
  • Attend to all tenancy-related matters and any other duties as assigned.
  • Conduct canvassing call to generate leads for lease of properties.
  • Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct ad-hoc market research of competitors and benchmarks of rental for preparation of reports.
  • Prepare annual budget plan and periodic forecasting reports.
  • Update monthly management reports.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years of commercial leasing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with landlords and tenants
  • Team management experience is required
  • Good network and database of tenant’s prospects
  • Valid CEA license is a must
