The Lease and Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the Alliance Director and broader CBRE team to deliver services across ANZ’s property portfolio. The role will ensure co-ordination and implementation of accurate information to critical systems and deliver reports and requests in a timely fashion to support the smooth running of services.


The Opportunity:


  • Overall responsibility and accountable for delivering lease and rent administration services including liaising with Portfolio Managers, Finance and CBRE Global support structures to ensure all lease and tenure payments are processed on time and accurately
  • Review portfolio information, including critical tenure dates and landlord obligations, to support the development of strategic plans
  • Maintain and manage source documents to ensure portfolio information is reflected in portfolio platform
  • Ownership of reporting timetable, with focus on in depth reporting from system and excel.
  • Incorporate industry leading practices, structured governance and compliance obligations around the management of lease data and documents.
  • Production of KPI’s and quarterly business review meeting content
  • Reporting and delivering a standardised set of system generated reports, combination from technology, excel and/or dashboard reports (portfolio summary, critical dates, expiration report, month-to-month/holdover)
  • Incorporate industry leading practices, structured governance, and compliance obligations around the management of lease data and documents
  • Take a proactive approach to increase data completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Mitigate risk by ensuring all lease payments and collections are processed on time and accurately.
  • Leading training programs.


Your background:


  • Previous experience working with client’s portfolio management and leasing is essential.
  • Industry experience in Property & Real Estate is essential to the success of this role.
  • It is important to hold experience in critical reporting, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Health & Safety at work Act 2015
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel, driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and essential services are desirable.
