JOB SUMMARY 

Under direct supervision, provides administrative support to the department. Coordinates training sessions, training materials updates, and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), etc.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Supports company training programs and performs administrative tasks including, but not limited to; preparing, formatting, and editing documents, schedules training sessions and maintaining calendars, responding to general training inquiries, etc.
  • Manages the department's training materials and document library. Reviews, proofreads, edits, and formats documents. Defines and maintains an organized shared file structure.
  • Partners with internal team and/or vendors to migrate external training content into the LMS.
  • Uses LMS to create and maintain courses, curriculums, and collections. Tracks and maintains training records, certifications, reports, and analytics.
  • Drafts effective communications regarding training updates and opportunities for the department or service line.
  • Provides additional LMS support, as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in human resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 0-2 years experience in a support role preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Requires strong analytical and proofreading skills. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize competing duties.
  • Proficiency in Learning Success Factors, company's Learning Management System (LMS).
